Reasons for organic fertilizer production line to ferment
- (1) During the fermentation of organic fertilizer production line, the odor produced by composting should be prevented and controlled to avoid secondary pollution. Adding fermentation agent or fast decomposing bacteria into the compost can reduce the odor in a short time, and the sensory effect is good; or the odor gas produced by the composting plant can be treated by biological deodorization technology.
- (2) In the organic fertilizer production process, it is necessary to effectively control the factors affecting organic waste fermentation and microbial reproduction. The main influencing factors are organic matter content, moisture content, C / N ratio, oxygen concentration and temperature during composting and pH value. On the one hand, through the control of various factors, the carbon nitrogen ratio, temperature, humidity, pH value, oxygen content and other nutrients necessary for the growth and reproduction of each microbial strain are met; On the other hand, different nutrient content can produce different fertilizer effects. For example, high carbon content helps to increase soil fungi, nitrogen helps to increase soil bacteria, and calcium has obvious effect on crop disease resistance.
- (3) The content of heavy metals in raw materials should be strictly controlled to prevent microbial poisoning in the later production process, and the heavy metals in the finished organic fertilizer exceed the standard, which will pollute the soil and crops.
- (4) After analysis and detection, the content of organic matter, humic acid, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements as well as the number of viable bacteria should meet or exceed the national standards.
