What are the common organic fertilizers processed on organic fertilizer production lines
(1) Cake fertilizer
1. Features: It is the residue after pressing the oil of oil plants, including bean cake, peanut cake, rapeseed cake, tea cake and so on. It is rich in organic matter and various nutrients. It is an organic fertilizer with a long fertilizer effect and is suitable for various soils and various crops. Most of the nutrients in cake fertilizer are in an organic state (except potassium) and need to be fermented by microorganisms.
Usage: It can be used after being crushed, and can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing. Most flowers can be applied after being crushed. Generally, it is sprayed around flower plants or turned into the soil as base fertilizer. For top dressing, it can be used after being decomposed. Recommend a professional fertilizer crusher machine.
(2) Manure and manure
1. Manure includes animal manure and urine of pigs, cattle and sheep, and human manure; stable manure refers to the composted manure of livestock manure and various gasket materials.
2. Features: Both types of fertilizers are rich in organic matter such as protein, fatty acids, organic acids, etc., and contain various nutrients. However, many of its elements cannot be directly used by plants and need to be decomposed by microorganisms. So the fertilizer effect is lasting. Most of potassium is soluble in water and has high effectiveness, while the urea component is converted quickly and can be used directly. Among the two types of fertilizers, poultry feces and human feces decompose quickly and have a fast fertilizer effect.
3. Application method: manure and urine should be used as top dressing after short-term storage. The decomposed animal manure and barn manure should be used as base fertilizer, and it can also be used as top dressing and seed fertilizer. When used as base fertilizer, it can be used for full spreading or concentrated application (applied around the planting hole ). This is a particularly simple fertilizer production process.
(3) Composting and composting
1. Refers to the use of domestic garbage, waste, animal and plant residues, human and animal manure and other raw materials, through mixed composting or retting and fermentation.
2. Features: Rich in organic matter, containing various nutrients, the PH value is neutral or slightly acidic. Among them, composting is more efficient than retting.
3. Application method: It is suitable to be used as a base fertilizer, and it is generally required to be fully decomposed and mixed together when pour into the ground or prepare the cultivation soil. Recommend a professional compost windrow turner.
