There are 10000 tons of feces and factory waste materials that can be used every year. The actual annual production of finished organic fertilizer is about 8000 tons. According to the above conditions, our company designs the following fertilizer production process for your company as follows:
Production process: fermentation materials are put into the fermentation tank evenly sprinkle the bacteria agent, turn over the pile fermentation, ferment for 12-15 days, leave the trough, sift, crush, premix, (granulation) package and sell.
1. The trough compost windrow turner adopts trough biological fermentation. According to your production scale, you need to build four fermentation tanks with a width of 3 meters and a length of 50 meters. The fermented material is continuously poured into the fermentation tank, and the turning machine is used to move to the other end of the fermentation tank every day. It is three meters high, and can achieve the purpose of water regulation and uniform mixing, so that a lot of land and a lot of labor can be saved. It can achieve the purpose of being fully decomposed.
2. The forklift moves the fermented organic fertilizer to the semi-finished product stacking area, which is convenient for handling the fermented organic fertilizer every day and leaving the pond in time.
3. The sieving machine sifts the fermented organic fertilizer, and detects the large pieces and sundries inside, which is convenient for the next step of crushing and packaging.
4. The crusher separates the large debris and stones in the sieved organic fertilizer and then crushes them, so that it is beautiful and can ensure the quality of the product.
5. The premixer can premix the sieved and crushed organic fertilizer to ensure the stability of the product quality, and at the same time play a mixing role for the production of special fertilizers and various compound fertilizers when adding fertilizers and trace elements.
6. After the packaging machine is evenly premixed, the organic fertilizer will be granulated if needed, and if no granulation is required, it will be directly packaged and sold.
