In fact, cow manure contains a large amount of nutrients required for crop growth. Adding it can make good use of it, not only protecting our living environment, but also making it a good entrepreneurial project.
Add organic solid waste (such as straw, sawdust, rice bran, soybean cake, etc.) with a moisture content of less than 60% to fresh cow manure as an auxiliary material and mix it with microbial fermentation agents to regulate water content, ventilation, and carbon nitrogen ratio (carbon nitrogen ratio between 30-40), so as to control the moisture content of cow manure at around 60%, with watermarks between fingers but not dripping. Through continuous aerobic fermentation in a pool, it is fully decomposed, sterilized, deodorized, and dehydrated. The moisture content of the decomposed material is generally within the range of 30-35%, and after screening, it can be directly used for granulation production of granular or powdered organic fertilizers.
The fermentation method for powder cow manure organic fertilizer production line is as follows:
1. Stack cow manure, straw, and other auxiliary materials, as well as fermentation agents, in a certain proportion on the fermentation site.
After the fermentation temperature of compost rises, it can be flipped. When the fermentation temperature is about to reach 70 degrees, an organic fertilizer flipper should be used for flipping, and flipping should be done every other day.
When the temperature of the compost decreases, the material is loose, there is no odor or slight ammonia smell, and white mycelium is produced inside the pile, it indicates that the organic fertilizer has matured and can proceed to the next process.
4. The powder cow manure organic fertilizer production line uses a forklift to transport the organic fertilizer to the production workshop. Through a series of production processes, it is made into granular organic fertilizer and packaged into bags.
