Garbage sludge organic waste refers to urban household waste containing organic matter, in which animal, plant, or mineral substances are often mixed with other inorganic waste. When using kitchen waste as organic fertilizer, it must undergo harmless treatment by organic fertilizer equipment, accumulate and ferment before it can be used. Harmful substances such as broken bricks, stones, glass, and iron sheets can be removed, which can make the waste reusable. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of aerobic fermentation can rise to above 55 ℃ within 3 days. Depending on the specific scale, ground stacking and tank fermentation can be carried out. After fermentation, it can be used as base fertilizer and topdressing. Fermentation requires the use of stirring tools, weighing equipment, conveying equipment, etc.
1. Raw materials: Urban ordinary organic waste includes toilet manure, kitchen waste after meals, animal hair, skin ash powder, mushroom residue, urban domestic sludge, sewage treatment plant sludge (heavy metal elements do not exceed the standard), etc., with a moisture content usually around 40% -70%.
2. Auxiliary materials: Auxiliary materials with a moisture content not exceeding 10% (such as straw powder, rice bran, peanut shell powder, etc.), mainly used to regulate the breathability of raw materials (such as sludge, filter mud, etc.) during fermentation. If the breathability of the raw materials is good, it can be omitted.
3. Biological fermentation microbial agent: Mix the weighed microbial agent and auxiliary materials in a 1:10 ratio (the purpose is only to expand the volume of the microbial agent and facilitate even scattering on the raw materials), and then weigh and increase the required biological microbial agent and treated raw materials in a 1:10000 ratio (ten tons per kilogram).
Process flow of harmless treatment of organic waste from garbage sludge and organic fertilizer equipment
1. If the moisture content of the raw materials is above 70%, they can be mixed with the auxiliary materials in a 3:1 weight ratio, and then the expanded volume of the bacterial agent can be added to the fermentation material (raw materials), stirred evenly, and stacked. It is advisable to add 1% fresh feces or 0.6% urea and 0.8% superphosphate for fermentation.
2. The moisture content of the stirred fermented product should be controlled at around 60% (hold it in a ball by hand, it can crack when loosened, and at least ensure that water does not drip from between fingers when held hard by hand).
3. Stack the stirred fermentation products, with a height of about 1.2m, a width of about 2m, and an unlimited length.
4. Fermentation takes 24-48 hours, and the temperature can exceed 55 ℃. After heating up, the deodorization effect can be achieved within three days.
5. After 15 to 20 days of fermentation, the organic fertilizer equipment can be used as a biological organic fertilizer.
The main equipment for harmless treatment of organic waste from garbage, sludge, and organic fertilizer includes mixing equipment, granulation equipment, drying equipment, cooling equipment, screening equipment, packaging equipment, and crushing system.
