Process characteristics of extrusion granulation type organic fertilizer production line
(1) The granular organic fertilizer production line can produce “spherical” pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer by using the new process of extrusion granulation and polishing. The process flow is short, the operating cost is low, the produced organic fertilizer particles are uniform and round, the surface is smooth, the compressive strength is high, the fluidity is good, the survival rate of microorganism is more than 90%, the granulation rate is 85-95%, and the particle diameter is 3.5-4 mm.
(2) The new process of extrusion granulation and polishing and shaping has strong adaptability to raw materials, which can completely solve the key technical problems that are difficult to be solved by traditional granulation processes such as disc granulation machine or drum granulation machine:
1. The fermented organic materials can be directly used for granulation without drying and crushing in the early stage. Traditional granulation processes such as disc or drum have high requirements on the fineness of raw materials, that is, more than 80% of the materials should have a fineness of more than 80 mesh, so it is necessary to crush them. Because the organic materials after fermentation have high moisture content, they need to be dried to less than 13% before crushing to meet the crushing conditions. The equipment investment is large and the operating cost is high.
2. The addition of organic materials can be increased to more than 95%. Traditional granulation processes, such as disc granulator or drum granulator, use organic materials with more than 80 mesh and add binder, and the maximum amount of organic raw materials is between 30-40%. Therefore, to produce spherical organic fertilizer with high content or pure organic matter, it is impossible to adopt traditional granulation process
If you are working with raw materials, such as cow or chicken manure, you may need to invest in a double roller granulator. This will enable you to quickly convert this material into pellets that can be used as fertilizer. This could be either for organic fertilizer or compound fertilizer granulation purposes. If your objective is to produce granular fertilizer daily, you will also need a special facility, one equipped with a room where the pellets can dry you can also invest in a double roller extrusion granulator that will have a much higher yield. This is how you can obtain a double roller granulator at the lowest possible price.
