Malaysia’s poultry farming industry is large-scale, producing high yields of chicken manure rich in organic matter. However, traditional composting and fermentation methods are crude and easily lead to mosquito breeding, soil and water pollution, and a significant waste of high-quality organic fertilizer resources. To achieve harmless treatment and commercial upgrading of chicken manure, local poultry processing companies have built new organic fertilizer deep processing projects. On September 16, 2025, the installation, commissioning, and mass production of our flat die granulation organic fertilizer production line were completed.
The flat die granulation production line installed this time is specifically designed for high-fiber chicken manure materials. The complete production line includes a raw material crusher, a horizontal mixer, a flat die granulator, a cooling and screening system, and automatic packaging equipment. The equipment can directly process fermented and decomposed chicken manure with a suitable raw material moisture content of 25%–35%, requiring no binders and using pure physical extrusion molding. Equipped with a high-strength, wear-resistant die, this system stably produces 2-5mm columnar granules with high hardness, a forming rate of ≥90%, uniform finished products, and minimal powder, effectively solving problems such as granule loosening and moisture absorption in the hot and humid climate of southern China.

The production line can achieve a stable output of 2-3 tons per hour, supporting continuous operation around the clock. The equipment features low energy consumption, low operating noise, and is wear-resistant and durable. Designed for the hot, humid, and rainy tropical environment of Malaysia, the equipment’s motors, bearings, and electrical control systems have all been upgraded for moisture-proofing, rust prevention, and dustproofing, making it suitable for continuous outdoor production. The site layout is compact, the production line is smooth, and the installation and commissioning cycle is short, enabling rapid production.
Our technical team is on-site to complete machine calibration, parameter debugging, material trial production, and employee hands-on training, ensuring that customers are proficient in equipment operation and maintenance, granule adjustment, and daily cleaning and maintenance. After commissioning, the finished organic fertilizer granules maintain stable quality, making them ideal for local oil palm, fruit and vegetable, and flower cultivation, helping customers achieve waste resource utilization and product upgrading.
