Crusher for organic fertilizer manufacturing
Half-wet material crusher is a professional organic fertilizer manufacturing machine for crushing high humidity and multi-fiber materials. The semi-wet material pulverizer uses high-speed rotating blades to pulverize fibers with good particle size, high efficiency and high energy. The semi-wet material crusher is mostly used in the organic fertilizer processing link for the production of organic fertilizer equipment. It crushes chicken manure, pig manure and other animal manures and raw materials such as sodium humic acid. It has strong powdering ability for materials with a water content of about 30%-50%.
Characteristics of half wet material pulverizer
There is no screen bottom in the semi wet material crusher. More than 100 kinds of materials can be crushed and will not be blocked. Even the material just fished out of the water can be crushed, which will not block the motor due to the crushing of wet material, resulting in burning out the motor and affecting the production.
If the hammer is worn, it doesn’t need to be repaired. The position of the hammer can continue to be used. Adjusting the gap between the hammer and the liner can control the material particle size. It is a reliable fertilizer manufacturing equipment.
The structure design of the crusher is reasonable. The upper and lower double blades are used to break the rotor, and the crushing effect is twice as much as that of other products. The materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed inlet and are continuously grinded by the double-layer blades to make the materials meet the requirements of granulation.
The inner lining plate is made of high-strength lining skin, which is durable and wear-resistant, and completely gets rid of the phenomenon of sticking materials to the wall. Flexible belt transmission is used in the transmission connection part. The belt pulley and belt driven by the motor are directly transmitted to the main shaft, which makes the spindle rotate at high speed to achieve the crushing effect.
