Organic fertilizer granulator is used for granulation of various organic materials after fermentation, breaking through the conventional granulation process of organic materials. Some raw materials need not be reformed before granulation, and spherical particles can be processed directly after raw materials are crushed, which can save a lot of energy. The particles produced are spherical, with high organic content, which can realize granulation of pure organic materials without adding adhesive. The granules are solid and can be sieved after granulation to reduce the energy consumption of drying. The moisture content of raw materials can be about 20% – 40%.
Working principle of new organic fertilizer granulator
The material enters into the machine from one end of the machine body, which is continuously pushed by the granulation rotor and mechanically moves with the shell to achieve the purpose of granulation. The finished product particles are pushed out of the machine at the other end of the machine body.
The rotor is driven by the motor and reducer of the transmission device, and the transmission part and the body part are mostly fixed on the same frame, which not only has a solid structure, stable operation, but also is easy to install. It is a new type of environmental protection organic fertilizer granulator equipment.
Roller extrusion granulator: Produced using a non drying room temperature process, this equipment has low investment and good economic benefits. The complete set of equipment has a compact layout, scientific and reasonable design, energy conservation and consumption reduction, no discharge of three wastes, stable operation, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. Wide adaptability of raw materials, suitable for granulation of various raw materials such as compound fertilizers, chemicals, feed, etc., with high product granulation rate. It can produce various concentrations and types of compound fertilizers (including organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, magnetized fertilizers, etc.). Its advantage is that there is no need for drying treatment, and equipment investment is greatly reduced.
