It is the main equipment of the whole organic fertilizer production line project, so it is very important in the whole process. Therefore, we must pay special attention to the installation, carefully construction, the use of scientific construction methods and technical testing means, and strictly control the quality of each installation process, so as to ensure its long-term stable work. The installation steps of complete sets of organic fertilizer equipment are complex and there are many processes, the main ones are the following:
1. Basic acceptance. In preparation for the installation of the equipment, carefully detect the homosexual love. This is a process, but also the basic process.
2. The standard plate is embedded and the basic marking work is done to measure the size for the assembly of complete sets of organic fertilizer equipment, which is also one of the preparatory work.
3. Check the equipment out of the warehouse, in addition to the usual inspection of the equipment, but also focus on checking the contact between the sliding shoe bearing and the dryer cylinder slide ring.
4. Install sliding shoe bearings. Install the base first and tighten the anchor bolts.
5. Final assembly and debugging. After the installation of the sliding shoe bearing, the assembly of other components is completed, and a lot of debugging work must be done on the equipment before the operation of the complete set of organic fertilizer equipment can be carried out.
