Yanjin County is located in the heart of the Wumeng Mountains, and beef cattle farming is the core pillar of the county’s “one county, one industry” strategy. By the end of 2025, the county’s beef cattle farming scale reached 68,000 head, with a comprehensive output value of 920 million yuan, steadily moving towards the 1 billion yuan industry target. With the continuous expansion of the farming scale, the pressure of cattle farm manure treatment is becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, Yanjin County has vigorously promoted the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, exploring a value-added chain of “forage—feed—livestock and poultry manure—organic fertilizer—crops.” The comprehensive utilization rates of straw and livestock and poultry manure have increased to 80% and 60%, respectively. Against this backdrop, the cattle farm decided to introduce an organic fertilizer pellet production line to convert manure into easily transportable and applicable pellet fertilizer on-site.

A supporting recycling system returns unqualified pellets for re-granulation, achieving near 100% raw material utilization. The entire production line is highly automated, easy to operate and maintain, and suitable for cattle farms to build their own organic fertilizer processing workshops.
