Automatic control refers to small organic fertilizer production equipment and production process, which are operated according to logical operation and single degree according to process requirements. According to the rules of timing and counting, small equipment for organic fertilizer production can make the actuating mechanism act according to the predetermined program under the action of on-site input signal or manual intervention through the pre prepared program to achieve automatic control based on switching value.
Relay control: the main process control of small organic fertilizer equipment for producing formula fertilizer is generally realized by electrical control devices composed of simple relays and contactors, which are simple equipment startup and shutdown operations, and there is no interlocking control between equipment. With the increase of the production scale and the number of equipment, the production process is often stopped due to the failure of one or more equipment in the process, which can not be found in time and the corresponding interlocking shutdown can not be carried out. The phenomenon of material blockage often occurs, and the failure can not be effectively controlled within the minimum range. Therefore, in the modern supporting design, based on the original relay control, a large number of intermediate relays, time relays and other electrical components are used to achieve the interlocking control function of the equipment. There are some outstanding problems in this control mode.
- Because of the reliability of the contacts of relay control devices’ components, their service life is limited, so the reliability of the system is not high. Due to the poor universality and flexibility of the system caused by the fixed wiring mode, the workload in the design, installation and commissioning process is very large, which also brings difficulties to the management and maintenance in the future.
- Due to the large controlled quantity, the relay control system components are increased and occupy a large space. More control cabinets are needed to install these components, and higher requirements are put forward for the fire and explosion prevention treatment of wiring and electrical equipment, and management is not convenient.
