1. The steps are as follows: stop the machine, remove the upper gear bars of the two bearing pedestals, adjust the adjustment plate between the two bearing pedestals to the required thickness, and do not collide the rollers between the two rollers, which should be kept at least 0.3-1mm.
2. Ball and socket alignment adjustment. The ball socket is formed by the concavity on the main and driven roller surfaces, so there are problems of axial alignment and circumferential alignment:
