1、 Mixing of ingredients
The organic fertilizer equipment uses two mixers to operate alternately. The operating formula puts N, P, K, M, additives, trace elements, etc. into the mixer, and after mixing evenly, they are placed on the conveyor belt to achieve continuous production and reduce the labor workload of workers.
2、 Mixed crushing
In this process, a horizontal crusher is used, which can crush large particles in the raw materials and fully mix them.

The choice of granulation method is very important in the production of organic fertilizer. There are various methods in the industry, such as disc, drum, and extrusion, which have stable performance and long service life. 4、 Drying
After granulation, most particles will form, but they will still contain water and must be dried. A dryer can achieve the effect of drying materials.
5、 Cooling
After drying, the material is transported by belt to the cooling machine. The rotary cooling machine is also a rotating cylinder filled with lifting plates. Under the action of the plates, the granular material is lifted and exchanges heat with the cold air sucked into the cylinder, cooled to near room temperature, further improving the particle strength and reducing moisture.
6、 Screening
After cooling, there are powdery materials present. The fine powder and large particles are all screened out using a screening machine. The fine powder is directly returned to the mixer and mixed with the raw materials through a return belt conveyor before participating in the granulation process again. After the large particles are crushed, they are returned to the mixer through the same return belt conveyor as the fine powder, forming a complete production cycle, and the finished product enters the packaging process.
