We may be a little unfamiliar with the organic manure composter. In the equipment for making organic manure from livestock manure, the key equipment is the organic manure composter. The composition of its materials and main parts has a very important impact on the treatment of livestock manure. Here is a brief introduction to the fertilizer pushing and fermentation scheme of the organic fertilizer turner and the advantages of organic fertilizer from chicken manure.
Fertilizer pushing and fermentation scheme of organic fertilizer turner:
1. Firstly, the chicken manure or other livestock manure, domestic garbage and other fertilizer making base materials shall be stacked on a flat ground in a strip heap: the pile width shall be equal to the width of the equipment, the height shall be as high as possible, and the length shall be as long as possible if the site is feasible, such as 100m, 50m, etc; The ground should be flat, and cement, brick and land can be used (as long as it is flat and has a certain hardness). The production of 10000 tons of fertilizer requires 5-6 mu of site.
2. Add the stacked chicken manure (other livestock manure or domestic garbage) to the biological starter (strain), with 1kg of starter (strain) per ton of fertilizer base material.
3. The straw, chicken manure (pig, cattle, sheep and other livestock manure, filter mud, sludge, domestic garbage and other agricultural and animal husbandry organic solid wastes, with a water content of 50% – 70%), starter, etc. shall be uniformly mixed and stirred with a dumper. It can deodorize in 3-5 hours, heat up to 50 ℃ in 16 hours, and turn over again to increase oxygen when the temperature reaches 60-65 ℃. After that, when the temperature in the pile reaches 60 ℃ – 65 ℃, the pile will be turned over to achieve the effects of uniform fermentation, oxygen enrichment and temperature reduction, and the last process will be repeated until it is decomposed.
4. If the water content of chicken manure is too high, you can use the method of reflux to put the last dried fertilizer on the bottom to form a strip, and put chicken manure in the middle, so that the water on the top can be soaked to the bottom and then turned over.
5. Generally, the process of fertilization takes 7-10 days.
